What We Offer
We Help People Manage Their Goals And Life Difficulties
Inspired by restorative practices, holistic care, and personal development, we offer services & products designed to help you with managing & planning for goals and the "ups & downs" in life through Individual, Family, or Group Meetings & Services. We describe "sessions" as "meetings".
Individual "Meetings"
One-on-One Strategic Life Management Meetings. Along with other methods, we use the Empathy Circle, a restorative process, to help individuals focus on a specific topic impacting their life or whatever the person may be experiencing at the moment. The process gives the person the opportunity to feel heard and understood. In addition, person-centered activities may be offered to assist with getting clarity about strengths, goals, and barriers which could lead to improved outcomes and a more harmonious life.
Family "Meetings"
In our Family Action Planning (FAP) Meetings, a unique combination of Family Group Decision Making (FGDM), other restorative practices, and action planning processes are used. FGDM is a restorative practice and is used to assist families with identifying the strengths, concerns, goals, and supports of each member and the unit.
Our Family Action Planning process helps the family understand each other and address issues or concerns while keeping the focus on family unity and strength instead of a specific family member or problem. In addition to this, other activities may be used to help the family develop specialized plans of action to accomplish individual and collective goals.
Group Life Management
A Group of individuals participating in The Empathy Circle process to discuss a specific topic or current status. The groups are confidential and are a space to help participants feel understood, find commonality, explore differences, and form bonds.
Other Groups
A collective of individuals partaking in the same activity of interest together. The group can be fun, educational, creative, or in the form of a workshop. They can also be age, gender, or spiritually specific. For example, a leadership workshop for female youth 16-18 years old. People in the group may or may not know each. Groups are scheduled activities based on customer interests or needs and are not ongoing service.
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Instead of dissecting individuals that have parts that need to be
"fixed", we must see one another as a "whole" person so we can gain compassion, understanding, and empathy.
